Thank you for selecting i-rewood / PT Tri Tech Creations products for your project. Following are the Terms & Conditions of Sale under which we sell these products. Please ask us if you have any questions.
1. Product VariabilityOur customizable home décor products are made using natural and crafted materials. Unlike industrially manufactured goods, our products may show unique character such as variations in color, knots, texture, grain patterns, surface checking, or natural imperfections. Samples are representative only; final products may differ.
2. Product AcceptanceStandard Product – Conforms to Specifications: Customers have 10 days from receipt of product to request a return. Requests must be emailed to helpme@i-rewood.com. The customer bears all return shipping costs. Refund: 85% of the purchase price (excluding shipping).Custom Products: Cannot be returned if they conform to agreed specifications.Non-Conforming Products: Must notify us in writing within 10 days. PT Tri Tech Creations may replace, repair, or credit the defective item once returned.
3. Payment TermsStandard terms: 50% deposit on order, balance before shipping. Production starts after deposit. Final balance must be paid within 15 days of completion notice.
4. Quote ValidityQuotes valid for 30 days. After this period, up to 5% surcharge may apply.
5. DiscountsDiscounts apply only to standard products unless otherwise stated. Custom work and accessories are excluded.
6. Order CompletionOrders enter production queue upon deposit. Delays outside our responsibility may incur up to 7% extra charge.
7. Partners & RecommendationsWe may recommend third-party services, but PT Tri Tech Creations is not responsible for issues arising from them.
8. Shipment TermsExport handled by third-party cargo companies. Local delivery (Lombok, Bali) can be arranged but covers transportation only; unloading not included unless agreed.
9. Installation of ProductsWe do not take responsibility for installation. Clients assume responsibility for labor, re-installation, or losses due to improper installation.
10. Product StorageFirst month free. After that: Rp. 500,000/m³ for the first m³, plus Rp. 50,000 per additional m³ per month. After 15 months, goods may be disposed of without compensation.
11. Consent to Use Name, Quotes, and/or ImagesBy purchasing, you grant us rights to use your company name, testimonials, and project photos for marketing unless you opt out in writing. Confidential data will never be used.
12. Confidentiality & Data ProtectionAll client data is treated as confidential. We comply with Indonesian Law No. 11 of 2008 (ITE) and Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
13. Integrity & ComplianceKickbacks and unauthorized payments are strictly prohibited. Report any requests immediately.
14. Authorized Bank Account & Fraud DisclaimerPayments must be made only to official PT Tri Tech Creations bank accounts. Payments to unauthorized accounts are at client’s risk.
15. False Claims, Defamation & HarassmentFalse accusations or defamatory comments against PT Tri Tech Creations may result in legal action.
