Get the answers to all your sandal questions in one place!

You can start tracking your order usually 5 to 7 days after your order was placed. You will receive the tracking number by email.

 

Please allow at least 3 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your shipping address after it is placed (for example, we can’t change size or combine multiple orders).

Customs Duties and Taxes
Please note that you are responsible for customs clearance and customs duties.
Most of the packages are shipped with small packages and marked as gifts.
The package value is low so there are in general no additional import costs imposed.
But different countries have different customs policy so it may cost customs duty.
We recommend keeping updated about the customs duties of your country and state.

As our products are all customized we cannot offer same day delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your order after it is placed (for example, we can’t change size, shipping address or combine multiple orders).

We accept Paypal, major credit cards as well as, coming soon, a store credit balance system.

We work hard to bring you great quality, but we know we’re not perfect. If you ever receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know by way of email using our contact form within 7 days of receipt of your order. You can also refer to the refund page. In case of doubt feel free to contact us.

Due to the nature of our customized items we do not offer exchanges.

We do not offer free return labels at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment once your shoes have reached the warehouse. We do not refund original and or additional shipping costs.
