Our shop is hosted on wordpress Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our services and products.

If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, in this case Shopify will store your credit card information. _shopify_visit, no data withheld, has persisted for 30 minutes since the last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits. 

_shopify_uniq, no data withheld, expires at midnight (depending on the location of the visitor) the following day. Calculates the number of visits to a shop per single customer. 

cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart. 

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier 

storefront_digest, a unique identifier, indefinite if the shop has a password, it is used to find out if the current visitor has access.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

In order to be eligible for the refund terms, you must provide us with video evidence at the email address showing the opening of the delivery package and the opening of the package in order to prove the damaged condition of the product received.

Only items at current prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, the items sold are non-refundable. 

Exchanges (if any)
